Hello... Awake from my long winter nap

I know... I have been gone a long time. I have been busy and just a little off lately.

Friday I worked on the house and had a wonderful date with Jim

Saturday we all worked at the church. The kids and I went to a party across the street. Their daughter is graduating this year from high school. We also were able to spend time with our old neighbors (they moved about 7 years ago)

Sunday I took a two hour nap between service while Jim and Kyle worked on the deck. We took the missionary family out to Applebee's after service. I finally got to opening my gift after that... I got a CD player that fits under the kitchen cabinet.... I love it.

Monday and today we have been trying to get the last of the book work done with Kyle. We are really "done", but we know it has to be finished. Yesterday Tracy dropped off a can of paint for the bedroom and Mr. Jim came over with a carpet sample. Basically, when we are ready to have the carpet down, Mr. Jim will be ready. I will keep you updated on the progress... so far we haven't touched it since last Monday when we exposed the red wall.
