Welcome 2007

The start of a new year! How does time go so fast??

As I look back on this year, I am really at peace with everything. We had our share of ups and downs, but looking back it seems hard to remember all the negative things, which of course, is exactly what you want in life. It is funny how we can choose to remember negative or positive things. I have decided I had a good year because I am focusing on the lessons learned, relationships made or made better, and God's provisions for our family.

My verses for this past year were:

Proverbs 16:3 Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established.

Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

I know that because of our God, we can say our year was good. And ya know what? I am keeping these verses for this year too! I hope you all have a "new year".
